Install Family Manager
Family Manager is a Progressive Web App — no app store, no account. Open it, install it, and the family calendar is running in under a minute.

Open the app
Go to app.familymanager.au in your browser. There’s nothing to sign up for.

Install it
Choose “Install” (or “Add to Home Screen”) so Family Manager opens like a native app and works offline.

Write down your recovery phrase
On first use you’ll get a 24-word phrase. Write it down and keep it safe — it’s the only way to restore your data on another device.

Create your family and add everyone in it
Add a person for each member of the household — including the ones with no phone — and give each of them a colour.

Share it with the other adults
Show them the setup QR code from the family screen. Their device syncs live from then on, and both of you should be owners.
